Project description

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

1. Making recommendations for a better regulatory environment for the formulation/implementation of socio-economic policies in the Danube Region in Bulgaria as a result of interaction between authorities, citizens and businesses;

2. Contribution to partnership management for the sake of a formulation of an integrated policy for spatial development on the Danube region in Bulgaria;

3. Contribution to open and responsible governance in the Danube region in Bulgaria by formulating a complex policy.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

1. Development of an expert study of the regulatory (legislative and institutional) and strategic frameworks, and of good practices as a basis for joint formulation of an integrated spatial development policy on the Danube coastal territories;

2. Study and identification of the needs/attitudes/preferences of the target groups regarding the formulation of an integrated spatial development policy on the Danube coastal territories;

3. Development of a draft Green Paper on the integrated policy for spatial development of the Danube coastal territories in Bulgaria.
